People born in the 80's like me, have grown up during the golden age of gaming. It has been interesting to live through the launch of Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation, Xbox, etc.. In the end, PC Gaming is what has kept me playing. Like most people of my generation, the free time for gaming has shrunk over the years between work and expanding families. It's hard to find time for games and the time flies by when you find the time. Despite the lack of time, sometimes I play games and find I can spend more time talking about them than play. I find myself sometimes acting like car a salesman for gaming by telling friends/coworkers about games I'm playing or new gaming tech coming out. Realizing just how much I talk about gaming, I decided to create this blog and maybe save those poor people from hearing so much about my gaming.

Ultrawings 2 May be Pilotwings VR

Ultrawings 2 logo with planes flying in the background

Back in the 90’s, I played Pilotwings on my friends Super Nintendo and it hooked me in. The first Ultrawings was an obvious VR attempt at similar gameplay. Utrawings 2 takes things even farther by bringing together that nostalgia for me in the current VR tech. Graphics are simple, but it’s such a great game … Read moreUltrawings 2 May be Pilotwings VR

I’ve owned my Nintendo Switch for years, but I only finished Super Mario Odyssey and Luigi’s Mansion 3. There’s several games I’ve played, but finishing Zelda Breath of the Wild was daunting. After finishing up AC Origins, I committed to finally finish Zelda. For awhile, I did not see why people labeled it as possibly … Read moreFinding the Great in Zelda Breath of the Wild

Not long after writing about my initial AC Origins setup, I ran into a slight issue where I could not remove the Ubisoft Connect popup playing on Steam Deck.
