People born in the 80's like me, have grown up during the golden age of gaming. It has been interesting to live through the launch of Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation, Xbox, etc.. In the end, PC Gaming is what has kept me playing. Like most people of my generation, the free time for gaming has shrunk over the years between work and expanding families. It's hard to find time for games and the time flies by when you find the time. Despite the lack of time, sometimes I play games and find I can spend more time talking about them than play. I find myself sometimes acting like car a salesman for gaming by telling friends/coworkers about games I'm playing or new gaming tech coming out. Realizing just how much I talk about gaming, I decided to create this blog and maybe save those poor people from hearing so much about my gaming.

I’ve played every Battlefield since 1942 was at the end of the name. The idea that the Battlefield 6 teaser was set in a near future was exciting. A teaser is not gameplay, but wow their marketing video really hit all the marks for me. It also confirmed the real name is Battlefield 2042 and … Read moreThe Battlefield 6 Teaser Nailed It

AC Valhalla Alliances Cyne Belle castle with Eivor on horse in front of it

I took a break from playing AC Valhalla for a bit. It’s such a large game, it is intimidating and there is a ton of filler in the game that adds even more time. I spent a ton of that time on side missions. Those bogged me down, but getting back to the AC Valhalla … Read moreBack to AC Valhalla Oxenefordscire Alliance

By far, the game I play most is Rocket League. It always starts off as a plan to play a few games and move on to others, but that ends in hours of Rocket League playtime. I realized I don’t write about it much, because It’s hard to explain all the things happening in the … Read moreRocket League, Just One More Game

It Takes Two Best Coop Game with one character holding the nectar gun and the other holding a match gun

After the rough start last time, I’m 100% sure It Takes Two is the best coop game I’ve ever played (sorry Contra). The story is still a bit lame, but the gameplay is outstanding. Gameplay is simple, but complex when it comes to the coordination required. My wife even sat in on the play session … Read moreIt Takes Two is the Best Coop Game

Reading news and reviews of It Takes Two coop peaked my interest. Reviews hailed it as the perfect game for couples. I’ve been dying to find something to play with my non-gamer wife. be quiet! Pure Wings 2 140mm PWM high-Speed, Cooling Fan

My Nvidia RTX 3090 fans ran on high more often after my case upgrade. I needed additional PC case fans and decided on the be quiet! brand. I’m happy with the end result of my addition. The Cooling Problem with the New Case While playing around in Asgard in AC Valhalla, I noticed my Nvidia … Read moreGetting Cool with be quiet! PC Case Fans
